The processing time for your custom-made sneakers is usually 5-15 working days. Once completed, shipping within Germany takes 2-3 days.
Since all of our sneakers are individually made, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. In case of quality defects, please contact us for a solution.

Since all sneakers are made especially for you, changes or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order.
As soon as your shoes are finished being manufactured, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
How your sneakers are made
Preparation
Once we receive your order, you will receive an order confirmation. In the meantime, we will immediately begin preparing your individual design.
For our color models, each shoe is painted by hand with a brush or airbrush. Michael applies several layers of waterproof paint to ensure long-lasting durability. Finally, a special finisher is applied that provides additional protection and preserves the design over the long term.

Our sewing models are also embroidered by Michael with the highest quality and precision. We use a special sewing machine in our studio, which ensures precise and detailed work.

As soon as your sneakers have been finished, Jessica will carry out a final quality check. She only gives the green light when the shoe meets our high quality standards. She will then lovingly package your shoe and send it to the post office.
